Salary: $120,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Co-manage fund launch project plans, ensuring all milestones across structuring and operational readiness are met.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for GP clients regarding their '34 Act funds.
• Liaise between internal teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to manage ongoing fund operations.
• Coordinate with distribution partners and Investor Relations to facilitate information flow and resolve inquiries.
• Oversee platform configuration, including share classes, fee structures, and reporting requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platform workflows prior to fund launches.

Requirements

• 5-9+ years of experience in product management, project management, or client-facing fund operations.
• Deep understanding of alternative investment products and fund structures.
• Experience with registered funds (e.g., interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs) or complex private funds.
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated institutional client relationships.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of handling multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Experience with periodic SEC filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Direct experience in investor services or investor relations at a General Partner.
