Product Manager, Evergreen Private Fund Solutions - Assistant Vice President / Vice President

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office attendance required Monday–Thursday, with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus equity and annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Co-manage launch plans for new '34 Act registered funds, coordinating structuring, documentation, operational readiness, and launch milestones.
• Own the operational, administrative, and technical lifecycle of General Partners’ registered funds.
• Coordinate Fund Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Technology, wealth management firms, and other distribution partners.
• Review fund documents, including PPMs, LPAs, and Form 10, for operational feasibility.
• Configure funds on the hirify.global platform, including share classes, fee structures, and reporting requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, maintain risk and issue logs, and improve operational playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in product management, project management, or client-facing fund operations within financial services.
• Deep understanding of alternative investment products and fund structures, with experience in registered funds or complex private funds preferred.
• Experience with technology platforms used in alternative investments, wealth management, and fund services.
• Ability to manage sophisticated institutional client relationships and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in investor services or investor relations at a General Partner or alternative investment fund.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Knowledge of periodic SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Experience with interval funds, tender offer funds, or BDCs.
