What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end AI Agent deployments from discovery and design through to go-live and optimization.
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery pod including Experience Designers, AI Agent Engineers, and Telephony Engineers.
  • Manage multi-phase AI transformation programs and track KPIs through QBRs to drive continuous value.
  • Develop scalable processes, including playbooks, delivery templates, and UAT frameworks.
  • Guide enterprise customers through operational readiness, change management, and AI scaling strategies.
  • Translate complex AI technical concepts into business outcomes for C-suite and IT executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, program management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of contact center KPIs such as containment, AHT, CSAT, and NPS.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, CX, or contact center domains.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Conversational AI, VoiceAI, RAG systems, or NLU/NLP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Talkdesk, or Zoom Contact Center.
