TL;DR

Senior Implementation Manager (Proptech): Leading end-to-end SaaS implementations for institutional real estate investors with an accent on complex configurations, data imports, and industry best practices. Focus on improving implementation processes, driving customer success, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve escalations.

Location: Must be able to work from the office in Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

What you will do

  • Lead 5-6 concurrent SaaS implementations for commercial real estate investors.
  • Configure product settings and establish industry best practices for new customers.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve technical escalations.
  • Optimize existing implementation processes to increase speed and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing end-to-end software implementations.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex configurations and data imports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL and API integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
