What you will do

• Analyze client RCM operations to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design and implement user-centric applications for denials management, prior authorization, and claims submissions.
• Iterate rapidly with end-users to validate solutions and create repeatable deployment playbooks.
• Manage senior executive relationships (CFOs, CIOs) and drive solution adoption.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering to shape the product roadmap based on field feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) at a health system, payer, or consulting firm.
• Hands-on expertise in claims submission, denials resolution, and payer policy logic.
• Proven track record of owning software deployments within health systems or payers.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules.
• Strong project management and executive communication skills.
