What you will do

• Act as the primary technical authority for complex enterprise deals, translating business objectives into scalable solutions.
• Guide enterprise stakeholders through complex security, compliance, and integration requirements.
• Synthesize regional market feedback to directly inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to refine discovery and demo motions.
• Champion best practices for solution design and documentation across the global team.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English required for discovery and technical discussions.
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments (GDPR, data protection, eDiscovery).
• Ability to operate primarily within Central European Time (CET) and travel occasionally within EMEA.
