What you will do

• Own the full customer program lifecycle from contract signature through expansion and renewal.
• Direct delivery pods, including engineers and architects, to ensure milestones are met and account health is maintained.
• Partner with account teams to scope engagements and ensure alignment between sales promises and technical delivery.
• Lead solutioning conversations with C-suite stakeholders to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure software is effectively utilized.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as implementation, consulting, or technical program management.
• Background in Life Sciences is a significant advantage due to the focus on reproducibility and compliance.
• Technical fluency in software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, unstructured executive conversations and translate them into executable plans.
• Strong ownership mindset with experience holding execution rhythms without relying on bureaucracy.
