What you will do

• Lead and oversee multiple Professional Services groups through subordinate leaders.

• Define and evolve world-class consulting processes and delivery methodologies.
• Champion the integration of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 15+ years of consulting and management experience at the regional or district level.
• 10+ years of experience managing all aspects of a services business, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in systems integration consulting or software vendor services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain technical personnel.
• Proficiency in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality for departmental scaling.
