What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects and Consultants.
• Oversee the successful design and deployment of complex AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using the Snowflake platform.
• Manage project scoping, perform code assessments, and create statements of work (SOW) in collaboration with sales teams.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guide customers through technical challenges during legacy system migrations.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake's product offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Chicago location).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles working with customers.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience and experience selling professional services.
• Proven experience guiding enterprise customers on building and operationalizing GenAI engagements.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technology (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, Netezza) and SQL analytics.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-relational platforms like Hadoop or HBase.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Matillion.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Microstrategy, or Business Objects.
