Engagement Manager (Computer Vision)

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from the executive level to the end user.
• Scope computer vision use cases in collaboration with customers and internal engineering teams.

• Oversee the onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
• Partner with engineering and operations to build AI systems tailored to unique government use cases.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep understanding of ML operations (MLOps) processes.
• Proven track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in the DMV area to support onsite customer requirements.
