What you will do

• Develop detailed construction execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Lead jobsite safety planning and ensure compliance with OSHA and client regulations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance throughout the execution phase.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, procurement, and field supervision teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and turnover files.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial construction experience in mechanical, process, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and piping isometrics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with project management software like Primavera P6 or Procore.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction principles.
• Experience managing subcontractor bid packages and contracts.
