What you will do
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Address tenant service requests, including hot/cold calls and lighting repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and equipment performance logs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA safety regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system emergencies or severe weather outages.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of job-related experience or equivalent trade certification.
- Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national regulations.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and mobile work order systems.
Nice to have
- CFC Certification.
- Familiarity with BAS (Building Automation Systems) operation and troubleshooting.
