What you will do

• Conduct inspections of civil construction activities including earthworks, excavation, and concrete placement.
• Verify work performance against approved drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
• Witness field testing activities such as soil compaction and concrete quality assurance tests.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor contractor adherence to procedures and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve quality-related concerns and identify trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bickleton, WA.
• 3–7 years of experience in civil construction quality inspection.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Safety Training.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician certification.
• ICC Inspector Certifications.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).
• NICET Certification.
• FAA part 107 Certified Drone Pilot.
