What you will do

• Independently manage a dedicated inventory of total loss claims from assignment to closure.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages for complex multi-vehicle accidents.
• Evaluate settlement values while adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate fair settlements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide proactive communication to policyholders, lienholders, and agents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on industry and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior claims handling experience, preferably in auto claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage, liability investigations, and settlement practices.
• Must obtain and maintain all required state adjuster licenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
