Claim Specialist - Auto Property Complex (Spanish) - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid role with in-office work in Tempe, Arizona; training may require a higher percentage of in-office time.

Salary: $63,089.65–$71,710.00 per year, plus potential annual incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto property claims.
• Apply policy knowledge and insurance regulations to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
• Manage task-driven queues and multiple claim activities in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Provide personalized and supportive service throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• Prior claim handling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask across technical platforms.
• Accountability and resourcefulness.
• Spanish language capability is required for this role.
