What you will do

• Lead and grow high-performing software engineering teams for cloud security products.
• Drive technical vision and execution of cloud-native services in collaboration with Product and Architecture teams.
• Own the full product development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and ongoing operations.
• Champion engineering excellence, focusing on quality, reliability, observability, and security.
• Establish and monitor key engineering metrics for service performance and delivery efficiency.
• Partner with Customer Support and Success teams to improve product reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale cloud services.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Golang or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Work authorization for the US is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered applications or conversational AI platforms.
• Background in cybersecurity or cloud security domains.
• Experience with large-scale analytics and data processing platforms.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
