What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product capabilities and address customer use cases.
• Manage and foster the professional growth of engineering team members.
• Drive technical direction, architecture, and design for AI/ML platform components.
• Address gaps in engineering processes and practices to improve team efficiency.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards for craftsmanship and ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and 4+ years of management experience.
• Must be based in North America.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Proven experience building enterprise AI infrastructure and deploying production Generative AI applications.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as LangChain, RAG, and foundation model fine-tuning.

Nice to have

• Experience with data science tools like Python, Spark, and MLflow.
• Familiarity with AI/ML orchestration software like Kubeflow or KServe.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
