What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable operations, including vendor invoice processing and T&E reimbursements.
• Execute critical cash movement activities across banking platforms, including wires and ACH transactions.
• Manage routine and non-routine AP processes independently.
• Leverage financial tech tools to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Support month-end close activities, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience with procurement and expense management platforms like Zip, Ramp, or BILL.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience initiating and managing electronic payments, wires, and ACH transactions.
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience at a high-growth start-up.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, or Oracle.
