What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable and collections, including customer outreach and dispute resolution.
• Process sales orders, invoices, credits, and billing adjustments with high accuracy.
• Support quote-to-cash operations, including Salesforce opportunity reviews and account research.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve billing issues and drive payments.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of the full quote-to-cash process.
• Hands-on ERP experience required, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for opportunity management and customer research.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Experience working in a SOX-controlled or public company environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
