What you will do

• Process vendor bills in ZIP P2P and Netsuite ERP for Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia.
• Ensure billing compliance with local regulations, including NFe, NFSe, Pis/Cofins/ISS, and IVA.
• Maintain transactional accuracy regarding expense impact and WHT deductions.
• Manage the AP mailbox and resolve vendor queries.
• Prepare vendor reconciliations and AP Aging reports.
• Develop SOPs and participate in financial audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an AP Analyst.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP, ZIP, or Numeric.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, GSheets, and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of LATAM sales tax and WHT regulations.
• Previous experience working within international companies.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional AP and expense management systems.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
