What you will do

• Receive, verify, and disseminate work requests from customers to branch operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including entering labor, contract, and materials charges.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the work order system data and filing systems.
• Prioritize workload to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
• Lead customer meetings focused on work order status and resolution.
• Develop and optimize processes related to the work control system.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office administration.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Strong competencies in Microsoft Excel and Outlook inbox management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with facilities management.
