Senior Customer Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across hirify.global's Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey, from technical onboarding and implementation to long-term adoption and account expansion.
• Operate as a quota-carrying technologist, ensuring deep platform adoption and identifying strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate technical capabilities into business value for C-level executives.
• Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring to focus on strategic advisory.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between deep technical details and C-suite strategy.
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global's AI stack, specifically Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for custom integration scripts and API connectors.
