What you will do

• Acquire new clients through targeted acquisition activities and prepare new contracts.
• Negotiate extensions of existing client contracts to ensure revenue growth.
• Manage business requirements within established SLAs with a focus on revenue generation.
• Perform essential client service tasks, including KYC and AML procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill shared objectives and share market information.
• Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
• Proven ability to thrive in a target-oriented, results-driven environment.
• Proactive self-starter attitude with excellent business development skills.
