Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Prague, Czechia (Hybrid arrangement available).
Compensation: CZK 622,500 – CZK 792,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of prominent FMCG industry clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with client departments including marketing, sales, and research.
- Handle contract renewals and present additional services based on client needs.
- Collaborate daily with internal Customer Service and Analytics Insights teams.
- Drive business growth by understanding and addressing specific client challenges.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in Account Development.
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong business, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data and work effectively with numbers.
