Senior Business Development Manager

HyroTrader is one of the fastest-growing crypto prop trading firms, providing traders with funded accounts to prove their trading skills on real crypto markets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, brokers, trading platforms, communities, and ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the crypto industry.
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and other channels.
- Represent HyroTrader at major crypto conferences and industry events worldwide.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user acquisition and brand growth.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and lead negotiations from first contact to signed agreement.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Business Development experience in the crypto industry.
- Previous experience working for or with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, Web3 companies, or crypto infrastructure providers.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the crypto ecosystem.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally for conferences and meetings.

Nice to have:

- Experience with affiliate, institutional, or exchange partnerships.
- Existing relationships with exchanges such as Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, , MEXC, or similar.
- Knowledge of crypto trading, derivatives, or prop trading industry.
