Salary: $231,000 - $300,000+ (San Francisco) / $221,000 - $267,000 (Los Angeles)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Own the technical relationship from initial discovery through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Drive commercial growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities tied to a variable quota.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform metrics into C-level ROI.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to acquire and expand high-growth Digital Native Enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the "Life of a Request" on the Internet.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions, Customer, or Sales Engineering.
• Expertise in web security (WAF, DDoS, Zero Trust), networking (BGP, DNS, TCP/IP), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco/Bay Area.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineers and C-suite executives.
• Experience integrating AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) into the development cycle.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Workers, Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Applied AI knowledge including prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go for writing integration scripts and edge functions.
• Familiarity with CDN, reverse proxies, and serverless application patterns.
