What you will do

• Define ideal customer profiles and prioritize product roadmaps in partnership with product management.
• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including value proposition, pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Enable sales teams to effectively position and sell the hirify.global Enterprise Suite.
• Analyze market opportunities and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
• Incorporate AI tools into marketing and strategy workflows to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional finance accreditation such as CPA.
