Compensation: $125,000–$165,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for LangSmith Fleet.
• Create high-impact content including blogs, solution briefs, sales decks, and demo narratives.
• Build comprehensive sales enablement materials to support both sales-led and product-led growth.
• Partner with demand generation to turn product narratives into integrated campaigns.
• Develop industry-specific solution narratives for sectors like financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Synthesize market trends and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product, solutions, or developer marketing.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or developer tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging.
• Experience supporting complex buying committees and enterprise sales motions.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce content quickly.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

• Familiarity with the LLM and AI application development ecosystem.
• Experience building industry-specific marketing programs for regulated sectors.
• Background in PLG motions and self-serve adoption strategies.
