TL;DR
AVP Cloud Data Analytics Architecture (Azure): Leading the cloud data architecture team and scaling global data and AI capabilities with an accent on enterprise-scale cloud solutions, AI/ML integration, and GenAI strategy. Focus on designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data platforms using Azure and Databricks to drive digital transformation and business outcomes.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irving, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Architect end-to-end data and AI platforms, including GenAI and LLM reference architectures.
- Lead and scale the global cloud data architecture team while partnering with business stakeholders.
- Define cloud data and AI architecture roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Design RAG and LLM solutions using Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Establish standards for feature engineering, semantic layers, and real-time data pipelines.
- Coach and mentor team members on MLOps, LLMOps, and secure development practices.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise-scale cloud data architecture and application development.
- 7–10 years of leadership or management experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure, Databricks, and DevOps/CI/CD toolchains.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Irving, TX.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data/AI Engineer certifications.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Machine Learning Professional certifications.
