What you will do

• Create and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define architecture standards, frameworks, and technology policies to enable innovation.
• Partner with embedded Product Managers to translate business needs into architectural options.
• Lead build-versus-buy evaluations and assess platform fit for new AI and software solutions.
• Manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and embed governance into product delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, security, and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions and generative AI.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, privacy, and security.
• Experience evaluating build vs. buy vs. platform decisions.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
• 6–8+ years of experience across multiple disciplines including application development, integration, or operations.
• Strong understanding of multi-platform hardware and software technologies.
• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA).
