What you will do

• Lead the strategic growth and evolution of the Azure practice and its go-to-market strategy.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solution Architects and technical leaders.
• Manage executive relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem to drive co-sell motions and joint success.
• Guide C-suite clients through data modernization, governance, and AI adoption strategies.
• Oversee the architecture direction for complex client opportunities and enterprise engagements.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and advance Azure opportunities within the existing customer base.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading consulting, solution architecture, or cloud organizations for a Microsoft services partner.
• Deep Microsoft Azure expertise and an established network within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams and growing revenue.
• Experience with Azure Data & AI platforms, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI, and Power BI.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA (Remote or Austin, TX).
