What you will do

• Complete manufacturing engineering projects covering production, warehouse, fabrication, assembly, packaging, and shipping processes.
• Select tooling, equipment, CNC programs, and automated systems using CAD/CAM and related software.
• Create and update routings, procedures, standards, layouts, assembly worksheets, and MRP operations.
• Develop manpower requirements, standard times, packaging requirements, and make-versus-buy analyses.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods including 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, line balancing, standard work, Gemba, Poka-Yoke, and visual factory practices.
• Resolve safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, and standard computer applications.
• Experience with process improvement, layout design, tooling and fixtures, line balancing, equipment justification, and assembly worksheets.
• Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, with excellent communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and comply with environmental and workplace safety requirements.
