What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new partnering companies to ensure timely and efficient integration.
• Coordinate and prepare compliance disclosures (STAR Compliance) and streamline approval workflows.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity through regular audits, validation, and cleansing activities.
• Provide the SID Sales team with accurate data for informed decision-making and pipeline management.
• Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Finance, Business, or Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or financial services.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
