What you will do

• Manage and grow existing business accounts, overseeing all flow workloads.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding their specific data feed requirements.
• Conduct periodic service reviews to reinforce the value proposition and uncover new opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team.
• Leverage expertise in databases, vendor methodology, and systems to solve client challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strong work experience in the financial data industry.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Consultant or in a similar role within the financial data sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Experience with SFTP and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role within financial markets.
