Salary: $94,000 – $117,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute primary research programs including questionnaires, sampling, and data collection.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into research reports and dashboards for internal partners.
• Conduct secondary research on demand analysis and competitive positioning to identify industry trends.
• Uncover new business opportunities for advisor and institutional business lines.
• Oversee strategic projects for the Corporate Affairs group, managing schedules and internal/external collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a quantitative focus area.
• 1-3 years of market research experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for sophisticated data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication and data visualization skills.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree in business or a quantitative subject (e.g., MBA).
• CSC designation.
• Investment-focused designations such as CAIP, CFA, CAIA, or CIM.
