Data Privacy Analyst

TL;DR

Data Privacy Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the development and execution of a global privacy program with an accent on compliance, risk mitigation, and data governance. Focus on managing privacy impact assessments, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring adherence to privacy requirements within advertising and tracking technologies.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Assist in the organization and coordination of global organizational privacy processes.
• Support the intake, review, and completion of Privacy Impact Assessments via OneTrust.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, IT, and Legal teams to embed privacy requirements into projects.
• Manage customer privacy notice revisions, cookie banners, and tracking technology scans.
• Provide ad hoc support to Data Privacy Managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Familiarity with U.S. and global privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience with digital marketing, advertising technology, and consent management platforms.
• Analytical ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in privacy-related or digital marketing compliance.
• Experience with Syrenis, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Google Marketing Platform.
