What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the San Mateo offices, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Develop data-driven workplace strategies and oversee space planning for the HQ and satellite offices.
• Handle hospitality and service operations, including the cafe, coffee bar, and employee events.
• Supervise internal staff and external vendors responsible for cleaning, ergonomics, and facilities activities.
• Oversee the implementation and daily operation of the Facilities Management System.
• Coordinate world-class corporate events such as Roblox Week and Hack Week.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Mateo, CA.
• 10+ years of experience in a corporate facilities or workplace environment.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams of people.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AutoCAD (preferred).
• Ability to read design and construction documents, specifications, and plans.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule.
