What you will do

• Own and articulate the overarching product design vision and strategy for the Falcon platform, ensuring design is a competitive differentiator.
• Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders across Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap, product strategy, and platform direction.
• Lead the organization’s AI transformation strategy for design, including adoption, governance, and scaling of AI tools and workflows.
• Establish research, analytics, and design intelligence frameworks, including executive-level measurement dashboards for design value.
• Build and scale a multi-disciplinary design organization (design operations, design systems, research, and product design) through hiring and talent development.
• Drive operational excellence by owning design tooling, budget planning, resource allocation, and scalable processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product design experience, including 8+ years of executive or senior design leadership managing managers and large distributed design organizations.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Deep expertise across UX, visual design, design systems, research, and design operations, with a track record of measurable product and business impact.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills to influence at the C-suite level and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong data-informed approach, including experience building measurement frameworks connecting design to business impact.
• Work from a US office 2+ days per week.

Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits
