Base pay: $338,000–$457,500 in San Diego; $384,500–$520,500 in Mountain View, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set the end-to-end design strategy for global expert and customer experiences across Customer Success and the Virtual Expert Platform.
• Lead platform product design for capabilities used across hirify.global products by customers and experts.
• Orchestrate service journeys connecting consumers, small businesses, and accountants with experts in real time.
• Scale component libraries and design systems across hirify.global offerings.
• Oversee the ICS Expert Studio and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leaders.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performance design organization spanning product design, service design, research, design technology, operations, and design labs.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing and scaling platform experiences across multiple products and unified ecosystems.
• Experience leading service design across complex end-to-end customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of interaction, visual, content, motion, and research disciplines.
• Customer-focused strategic leadership with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with web, mobile, and conversational technologies and their impact on AI-driven design solutions.
• Exceptional strategic storytelling and ability to communicate complex concepts to developers, partners, and customers.
