What you will do

• Partner with Go-To-Market teams during late-stage sales to increase win rates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for complex clients from the sale through onboarding and go-live.
• Project manage the cross-functional conversion process from prior administrators to hirify.global.
• Collaborate with R&D and Delivery teams to develop strategies for non-standard product or operational items.
• Build deep relationships with external decision-makers to ensure high user engagement and loyalty.
• Educate clients on product usage and recommended operational workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Private Capital Accounting and Operational experience.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA.
• Proven ability to build and manage new customer account relationships.
• Experience assessing and optimizing operational and accounting best practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and workflows, particularly Claude or similar LLMs.
• Prior experience working in Private Capital financial services.
