Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Maintain and expand a high-volume book of business to increase Gross Booking Value (GBV).
- Partner with Account Directors to manage expansion and risk opportunities for larger accounts.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn and downsell risks using Salesforce and usage data.
- Increase product attach rates by moving customers from single-product use to multi-solution adoption.
- Conduct strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-suite executives.
- Lead product training sessions and webinars to ensure deep user adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a closing or post-sales growth role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting expansion and retention targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for account health monitoring and signal detection.
- Strong technical aptitude for conducting live product demonstrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Sales.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office (Hybrid).
