TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech/Traveltech): Managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of business accounts by driving product adoption and mitigating churn with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and strategic stakeholder engagement. Focus on conducting high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), increasing product attach rates, and proactively neutralizing downsell risks.

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Maintain and expand a high-volume book of business to increase Gross Booking Value (GBV).
  • Partner with Account Directors to manage expansion and risk opportunities for larger accounts.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn and downsell risks using Salesforce and usage data.
  • Increase product attach rates by moving customers from single-product use to multi-solution adoption.
  • Conduct strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-suite executives.
  • Lead product training sessions and webinars to ensure deep user adoption.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing or post-sales growth role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting expansion and retention targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for account health monitoring and signal detection.
  • Strong technical aptitude for conducting live product demonstrations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Sales.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office (Hybrid).
