Inside Partner Account Manager (Fintech): Driving net-new partnership growth by identifying and managing CPA and accounting firm relationships with an accent on high-volume cold outreach and pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in or able to work from our office in Lindon, Utah
Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 OTE (Base $70,000 + Variable $70,000)

What you will do
- Utilize advanced data mining and prospecting tools to identify net-new CPA and accounting firm partners.
- Execute high-volume cold outreach and nurture campaigns to secure new referral relationships.
- Facilitate meetings and train partners on the Partner Connect platform to drive lead volume.
- Maintain a predictable sales funnel and meticulous records within Salesforce and Outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and demand-generation activities.
- Manage an active portfolio of partner accounts to ensure long-term engagement and growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quota-driven sales, business development, or partner management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline-generation goals.
- High proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and video presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a territory in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or SMB channel spaces, particularly working with CPAs or accountants.
