TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York City), 3 days in office (Tues/Wed/Thur)

Salary: $126,000–$136,000 base, OTE $157,500–$170,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise and strategic accounts, managing complex customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to define success criteria and translate business goals into specific adoption plans.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and training sessions to maintain executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive the end-to-end renewal process from value narrative through to close.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities based on customers' investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to resolve escalations and relay feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City to comply with the 3-day in-office hybrid policy.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial real estate.
  • Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, private equity, or investment managers.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, utilizing AI tools regularly to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CRE tech, proptech, or adjacent financial technology.
  • Background supporting complex, configurable SaaS products requiring deep domain expertise.
  • Familiarity with the commercial real estate acquisition process.
