Compliance Program Manager (Multi-Domain)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone is essential.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Coordinate feature inventories and regular reviews across Responsible AI, Privacy, Accessibility, and Digital Markets Act compliance programs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to provide information and resources for required reviews.
• Track decisions, follow-up actions, bug resolution, and release readiness across compliance areas.
• Update compliance guidance pages and consolidate documentation across programs.
• Support Azure DevOps work items, shiproom reporting, status updates, meeting notes, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably supporting compliance, governance, regulatory, risk, accessibility, privacy, or similar cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to turn complex requirements into structured tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Power BI or similar tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to learn multiple compliance domains quickly and support subject-matter experts.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or compliance enablement programs.
