What you will do

• Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through hands-on leadership.
• Manage sales pipelines and lead conversion using Salesforce CRM tools.
• Develop and execute local retail sales strategies and experiential marketing partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-energy, results-driven sales team.
• Oversee store operations, including payroll, scheduling, and visual merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate products and provide best-in-class customer service on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer outreach tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 lbs or more for product demonstrations.
• Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding performance targets.
