TL;DR

Market Sales Manager (GolfNow): Research and drive sales for GolfNow software products and services with an accent on owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, and account penetration) and growing an existing book of business. Focus on account management, partner solutions for golf course operators, and maximizing market KPIs including product adoption and tee time utilization.

Location: Clarendon Avenue, San Francisco, CA; must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area. Hybrid role: minimum three office days per week. Regular travel and weekend/overtime work as necessary.

Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for GolfNow products and services, from prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, relationship building, and closing.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business, including account penetration and ongoing account management.
  • Conduct outside sales calls to golf course partners and prospects.
  • Prepare, present, and close customized golf course solutions.
  • Document sales activities in a CRM and generate regular reports of sales activities and revenues for the Regional Director.
  • Support market/course analysis (web checks and opportunity email programs) and implement marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer/Internet experience required.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime and on weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience with online distribution platforms/technology.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • Digital sales and marketing experience.
  • Sales development and/or strategy experience.
  • College degree.
