What you will do

• Execute all store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, staffing, and security.
• Drive performance through reporting, sales tracking, and collaboration with leadership on team development.
• Lead sales strategy by managing the pipeline, nurturing leads, and utilizing clienteling to boost revenue.
• Deliver personalized diamond consultations and expert product guidance to close sales.
• Partner on marketing initiatives, product launches, in-store events, and influencer activations.

Requirements

• Diamond expertise is required (Certified Gemologist preferred).
• 4+ years of management experience in luxury retail with a strong sales track record in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency with Shopify POS, CRM, GSuite, and video conferencing tools.
• Must be based in Chicago with weekend availability.
• Mandatory physical presence at the facility for all scheduled work hours.
