Sr. Operations Engineer (Starlink Growth)

Location: Must be based in Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience, retention, and lifetime value through rigorous technical analysis.
• Identify systemic engineering and operational defects and design comprehensive solutions at scale.
• Analyze end-user metrics to uncover churn drivers and implement global growth strategies.
• Build and maintain predictive models to proactively surface retention risks.
• Execute complex experiments, including large-scale A/B tests and automation campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to define KPIs and drive strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, analytics, or product management.
• 3+ years of experience in Python or SQL.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and other company locations.
