What you will do

• Manage team members in logistics and assembly environments, planning work and implementing operational policies.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order filling.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and manage materials procurement.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and provide safety training to all teammates.
• Manage personnel scheduling, time, and attendance using Paycom.
• Chart production progress and develop enhancements to drive overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or production.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bentonville, AR.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data reporting.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs repetitively.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Paycom time & attendance systems.
