What you will do

• Manage daily receiving, warehousing, and inventory control operations.
• Own the end-to-end supply chain workflow from raw materials to finished goods.
• Manage shipping, including packaging, pick/pack/ship, and timely delivery to customers.
• Assemble custom Virtuell Mounting Solutions (VMS) in close collaboration with the technical team in Kassel.
• Identify and implement logistics process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track and analyze logistics KPIs and ensure ERP and logistics systems are used effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound logistics.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with logistics software/tools and understanding of ERP systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, CLP/CLA certifications.
• Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
