Compensation: OTE $118,500–$133,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with authorized distributors and key solar installers.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase portfolio share.
- Conduct prospecting and outreach to convert potential customers from competitors.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and symposiums.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Provide outstanding customer support and serve as a brand advocate.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales or account manager role.
- Understanding of residential solar/PV design and hybrid battery storage solutions.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Midwest/Chicago area within 3 months.
- Valid passport and driver's license required for travel.
Nice to have
- Solar or renewable energy industry sales experience.
- Experience working within a distribution channel.
- Project management experience.
- German or Spanish language skills.
